You can begin your Practical Vietnamese or Mandarin Chinese lessons with us in just four easy steps!

Step 1 — Assessment

A member of our team will contact you to discuss your goal, your schedule and to check your knowledge of the language you would like to learn.  This will take approximately 10 — 15 minutes.

You will need a Skype account to receive this call.  If you do not already have one, vist www.skype.com to set up one.

Step 2 — Confirmation

After completing Step 1, your teacher will send you a Lesson Confirmation email. With this email, you will also receive your invoice as an attachment.

Step 3 — Payment

Check your Lesson Confirmation email to ensure all details are correct.  Open the attached invoice and pay the balance via Paypal.  All online classes are paid in advance.

Lessons will only proceed upon confirmation of payment.

Step 4 — Start lessons

Any learning material will be sent to you before each of your lessons begins.  Sign in to Skype and your teacher will call you at the scheduled time.
